Let's have a Burger for dessert!

The dreamy mix of a burger and dessert is finally reality with the latest arrival of dessert burgers. Dessert burgers are becoming a mouthwatering trend, as well as a must have insta pic.  In Australia, the trend started in Melbourne, which is no surprise with the states reputation for having amazing food. So, some of you may be wondering, what is a dessert burger? It's a burger structured dessert, which may contain either a mix of sweet and savoury, or just plain sweet. There are a few popular places where you could get your fingers dirty with a dessert burger and some of these are Café 51, Demazzi, Muharam Café’s, Perkup Burgers, Bam Bam Bakehouse, and The Meatball & Wine Bar.
